About this event

Merchant Services (MS) collaborates with Stanford schools and departments to help them establish merchant accounts and securely process credit and debit card payments for their products, events and services.

Our goal of these gatherings are to:

  • Enhance knowledge, skills, and attitudes
  • Improved ability to perform the job
  • Increased recognition of Merchant Services
  • Expand merchant network

Come join us as we build and enhance the structure of the Community of Practice for the Stanford merchant community. Merchant participation is key to ensure content is useful and attendance is productive.

Here we will discuss the monthly issues of interest and address questions about school/department merchant responsibilities, tools to transfer and manage their payments, and third party service providers we partner with. Plus MS staff can share updates and news, and merchants can learn from each other.
